Country Court Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add a State Tested Nursing Assistant to our team. We are looking for a strong team player, good communication skills, caring and compassionate, and a desire to work. Prior experience as an STNA in long term care is a positive but is not a requirement. Job Description will include, but are not limited to;

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses

Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Assist with mobility and transfers of residents

Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff

Help maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents

Document resident information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) Point of Care
